My primary intention is for you to feel like you have an ally to walk through life with. I offer a compassionate space to land, talk things out and feel heard, learn practical tools and skills, feel more regulated, empowered and connected to yourself and others, create new patterns in life, deepen self-awareness, and get unstuck. You can expect to feel attuned to, validated, and met with zero judgment.
I weave together Somatic Experiencing®, Internal Family Systems/parts work, nature-based therapy (yes, this can be done virtually!), mindfulness, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and general fun facts about the nervous system to support you.
I love to laugh and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as backcountry skiing, rock climbing and foraging, and find being in nature deeply healing. I have also been an avid mindfulness meditator for the past 12 years.
